Your Guide to finding a place to call Home

Finding a property

The first step is to view our properties on line or on our website. Once you have found a property to suit you, then contact us to provide brief details about yourself and we can start the application process.

Our tenancies operate on a Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for a minimum term of 6 months, after which they which they will revert to a Periodic Tenancy Agreement, with notice periods on both sides.

  • To view our selection of available properties to let please use the Property Search boxes above
  • To register your requirements please click on the Register/Contact Us tab in the tool bar above.

Please note that for your safety and peace of mind -

  • All of our managed properties are Gas Safe certificated, and inspected for electrical safety.
  • All Tenancy Deposits (bonds) are held in accordance with the Deposit Protection Regulations.

When you’ve identified the property you want to view we will work with you to arrange a convenient viewing appointment. We understand that you can’t always work with standard office hours, which is why we offer flexible working hours to suit all our customers which includes evenings and weekends.

All viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff who will be able to help and answer any questions you may have

Tenant Fees & Application Process

Fees for the 1st Tenant Application is £150.00 and further applications will be £100.00 per person

These fees cover the referencing and administration process. We do not charge VAT. These charges are non-refundable.

When you’ve found the property that’s right for you we will take you through the application process to ensure everything is done right first time. It’s good at this time to provisionally discuss the terms of the tenancy, including occupancy date, duration of the letting, etc.

We always follow a process of referencing using an independent provider. Normally these will include your employer, any former landlord and a character reference. In addition a credit check will be undertaken. Some Tenants may need to have a Guarantor agree to underwrite any rent liabilities and we can talk you through this.

Rents are normally quoted on a per calendar month basis. In addition, the Tenant is usually responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. Rents are payable by standing order (unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance) to our Company bank account monthly in advance, with the first month's rent due before taking occupation of the premises.

A deposit (or 'bond') is normally required prior to occupation. This is normally equal to one month's rent, but may be more e.g. equal to 6 weeks rent (please ask at the time of application).

This deposit will be forwarded to the government authorised custodial body. We will inform you in writing of which scheme is used.
